We offer yoga, pilates, breathwork, somatics, and movement practices rooted in philosophy, nervous-system support, and a quiet rebellion against performative wellness.
We teach yoga like your life depends on it… because sometimes it does. We meet people in the depths and help them rise — not by bypassing the hard parts, but by honoring them. Breath by breath. Body by body. We don’t fit people into shapes — we meet bodies where they are, adapting the practice to serve the person, not the pose.
Our community is for the seekers, skeptics, survivors, artists, and feelers — the “land of the misfit toys.” Many of our teachers bring trauma-sensitive training; all offer choice-based, invitational cueing so you remain in charge of your body.
And as the first studio in Detroit to offer infrared-heated classes, we’re expanding what a healing space can feel like: cleaner heat, softer on joints, deeper for muscles, supportive for your nervous system.
