Awaken your inner vitality and embrace the Spirit of Spring in this rejuvenating practice led by Rebecca Murawski. Just as nature sheds the weight of winter and blossoms into new life, this session weaves together breath, movement, meditation, and deep relaxation to help you transition into the season with ease. Rebecca will lead you through a grounding pranayama practice, using breath as a bridge between body and mind to help clear stagnant energy, refresh the senses, and cultivate inner balance—much like the earth awakening after winter’s slumber. Gentle, grounding movements inspired by our connection with the earth will open the heart, expand the lungs, and soften the body, preparing you for the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra.

Roots to Resilience: A Trauma-Informed Yoga Immersion

This two-day immersion is designed for yoga practitioners, teachers, and healing professionals seeking a deeper understanding of trauma, embodiment, and resilience through yoga. Led by Adria Moses (E-RYT 200), an experienced trauma-informed educator, the program blends theory with practical applications of trauma-informed care. Each day includes lecture, discussion, embodied practices, and group reflection, offering a comprehensive learning experience. Participants will explore how trauma affects the body and mind, engage in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, and foster connection within a supportive community. Through shared experiences and integrative mind-body practices, this immersion creates space for healing, growth, and resilience.
